Premium Rx’s Commitment to Quality Service as We Traverse This Period of COVID-19

Dear Valued Customer,

This is without a doubt an incredibly challenging time for everyone globally. Therefore, we at PremiumRx believe it is very important that we update you on the measures we have in place to promote a safe environment for all.

The health and safety of our team, patients we serve and the community in which we operate is always our top priority. During this time with COVID-19 it is even more imperative that we work safely. Hence, we have developed strategies to maintain the safe working environment; while continuing to provide service to you. We will keep you up-to-date should there be any changes.

Please note that we are following all the guidelines and directives of the local health authorities. These guidelines are in direct correlation with the information disseminated from the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Likewise, our dispensing partners and their mail services are monitoring the COVID-19 situation as it evolves. They too have put measures in place to preserve the safety of all in keeping with their health authority’s guidelines.

To our knowledge there have been no shipping delays as yet but the possibility always exist that delays may occur in the future.

At this time all Manitoba pharmacist have been ordered to dispense a maximum of a 30 days’ supply of medication per customer per drug.

Therefore, if you feel you want to get ahead of any possible delays or feel that you may be running low, please call for your refills.
